Here's What You're Signing Up For
A mix of overlooked gems and fresh picks, kept short and simple!
Hey guys,
So, this is a quick preview of what's actually coming! I wanted to show you exactly what to expect before the first real newsletter goes out. I know some newsletters go big on long, in-depth write ups, and that works great for a lot of people, it's just not the format that works for me personally, since if you're anything like me, walls of text are the kind of thing that makes you switch off fast.
So expect a mix of some of the best recent indie games I think a lot of people have missed, alongside a few brand new ones worth keeping an eye on, all kept short enough that you can actually get through the whole thing without losing interest halfway down. The plan is to share 5 of these every single week.
This ex-Call of Duty developer has spent 9 years solo making the anti-Call of Duty
- It's Spec Ops: The Line meets The Stanley Parable
- You're not a soldier, you're being made into one
- A commanding officer logging your every move
It's called War Fantasy.

Non-Euclidean
A psychological horror game where a demented commanding officer controls your every move, and the line between war simulation and real war dissolves into impossible, stunning spaces. You are not a soldier. You are being made into one.
These devs are building a survival game where you and 7 friends have to escape a massive tornado.
- Survive the storm
- Scavenge parts to fix your van
- Large-scale destruction
It’s called Funnel Runners.

Supernova Studios LLC
Trapped in a doomed city, you and up to 7 friends must scavenge parts, fix your van, and escape the brutal tornado that approaches. A first-person co-op survival game with escalating disasters and total environmental destruction.
That's a taste of what you can expect every single week from here on! If that sounds like your kind of thing, stick around, the first proper one lands soon. Thanks so much for being here!
